Mezzo-Soprano Natalie obtained her Bachelor of Music Honours in Voice Performance degree under the tutelage of Patrica Green and Jennie Such from the University of Western Ontario.
Natalie started singing and performing at the age of 11. Musicals in school, music camps and various choirs since that age. She decided to take professional voice lessons at the age of 16. Some of her past experiences include Praskow with Opera York (2020), Third Lady from Die Zauberflöte with Halifax Summer Opera Festival (2019), Suor Mathilde in Dialoghi delle Carmelitane with La Musica Lirica (Italy, 2018), participating as chorus members of both Die Zauberflöte and Le Nozze di Figaro with UWOpera and also participating in the Opera/Musical Theatre Gala in 2016 and 2019 with UWOpera. She was also the choral scholar leader at Westmount Presbyterian Church in London, Ontario. She led the choir with ensemble and solo moments at successful concerts within the community.
Aside from singing and performing, Natalie also has a deep love for the piano. She started playing at the age of 5 and obtained her Grade 8 Piano with the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (UK) in 2014. She is currently working towards her goal of becoming an opera singer and music educator and is excited to be joining the team of Footprints Music.
